Discovery Phase
Our team spends 4 weeks identifying current capabilities and infrastructure to prepare for implementation. At
the end of discovery, a project management schedule and transition plan is made available to the licensee.
Implementation Phase
Our team will be on-site every 2 weeks during a 6-month period to moderate the transition teams required to
execute the project management action items and to provide staff education in preparation for a pilot program.
Pilot Program Phase
Our team will be on-site every week the month post-implementation to establish a fully functional Pilot Program, monitor performance and effect any necessary adjustments to the system prior to the advent of marketing.
Marketing Phase
After the Pilot Phase is completed satisfactorily, we help the licensee's PR/Marketing Department develop
the Instacare Service Mark in print advertisement and help institute a long-term marketing campaign.
Monitoring and Continuous Quality Improvement Phase
For the duration of the licensing agreement, we conduct on-site visits every 3 months to monitor the program
performance and to act as moderators for a Continuous Quality Improvement Team.
NOTE: Only upon successful completion of the Pilot Project Phase described above will the emergency department be deemed to have satisfied the requirements to become an Instacare Licensed "30-Minute ED" and be able to advertise as such.
